One Lineup To Rule Them All

I lost the internet in my house so I had to scramble to another house to ensure that the people get the content that they deserve! I should be able to get back onto FanDuel and Factoid tomorrow. Be sure to follow the Instagram so that you can be notified the next time something similar happens in the future.

🦸Super Lineup:

Kyrie Irving: The Orlando Magic have a great defense that should give the Nets some trouble on the floor. Their offense however is a different story. The more the Magic miss their shots and fail to get offensive rebounds then that should result in extra positions from the Nets flamethrower offense. Irving may no longer believe in a flat earth, but this matchup isn’t an even playing field.

Micheal Carter-Williams: MCW’s price has caught up to his increased workload. Aaron Gordon and Cole Anthony are still out for Orlando, meaning that MCW will see the same minutes and usage increase against a pitiful nets defense.

Bruce Brown Jr.: Brown is another player who got an opportunity because of a starter’s injury, in this instance Kevin Durant. Brown should continue to see value until Durant’s return. That could be a while, Head Coach Steve Nash has said publically that Durant will be back before the All-Star Game in two weeks, but no one would be surprised if they held out the star for longer. As not to rush anything and repeat the Warrior’s mistake from over a year ago. Bruce Brown has shown that he can be a solid role player for the Nets, and Harden likes to dish out the ball.

Terrence Ross: Ross is well suited to take advantage of a relatively short Nets squad, and their tendency to make mental errors. Steals are the most valuable stat and Ross has a nose for the ball. Ross doesn’t need to score a lot of points to fill up a stat sheet. The Magic could give him more minutes if they need help on the defensive side of the ball.

R.J. Barrett: The Knicks play at such a slow pace that they rarely end up being worth targeting for your DFS lineups. Tonight, they’re playing against the worst defense in the league. There’s a possibility they aren’t moving up the court to take advantage of the King’s poor defense, but if a knickerbocker was ever worth playing, tonight would be the night.

Evan Fournier: I got all my eggs in this game. It’s mostly because there are only six games tonight, and I don’t want to play Giannis in every lineup. Most of the games feature streaky offense or great defense. Fournier has been playing well in the four games since his return back from injury, and outside of Vucevic, he’s the Magic’s biggest offensive threat.

Tobias Harris: Aha! You fool! You thought I ran out of eggs, but I have three more eggs in another basket! The 76ers are facing off against a floundering Mavericks team that is now once again without Kristaps Porzingis. This opens up a lot of space for Simmons and Embiid to drive to the basket, which in turn opens up the perimeter for their shooters. The more the 76ers lead, the more the Mavs will have to score to try and keep up. This is my candidate for today’s under-the-radar shoot-out game.

James Johnson: Johnson should see more time with Porzingis out. You always play Johnson when you get the chance. Why? Because he’s undefeated (2-1-0) in the UFC, and you don’t want to get on his bad side. So whether he gets the rebounds to justify his place in the lineup or not I would like to say that I love James Johnson and I hope he has a very long NBA career.

Joel Embiid: Embiid is the most expensive Center on the slate for a reason, the Mav’s are going to need a lot of help to stop him. He’s also having a season that should at least put him in the discussion for MVP candidate. You don’t average 50+ FanDuel points by twiddling your thumbs. That is a genuine superhuman feat, and that’s why he’s made it into the one lineup to rule them all!
