Lineup 1:

Lamelo Ball: Utah is a tough matchup, but Lamelos’s appeal comes from his FanDuel points per minute or his usage rate. Melo is constantly facilitating, which means that he can have a productive day even if his shot isn’t hitting.

Damian Lillard: Chris Paul is just what Devin Booker needed in Phoenix but he doesn’t have the defensive capabilities at this point in his career to affect how Lillard is able to get up his shot.

Eric Gordon: His role is going to expand with the number of injuries on the Rockets roster, and his price hasn’t change to reflect his change of role.

Devin Booker: I like to double down on my lineups. I heavily believe that Dame will drive up the pace of this game, and adding the Sun’s main scorer is a natural next step.

Lebron James: Lebron James hasn’t missed a game yet, after weeks of being tagged as a game-time decision. Lebron continues to be a better play with his costar Anthony Davis out. Bertans, Wagner, Beal, Westbrook, etc don’t have the length or defensive prowess to challenge Lebron at the rim.

Duncan Robinson: The Heat’s rotation is a little unpredictable, and since Robinson is a young shooter he can go cold from three and lose his shot. However, on other nights, he leads the Heat in scoring and becomes an integral dynamic on the Heat’s offensive output.

Jae Crowder: I like to triple down on my lineups. The Trailblazers have a weakness at the power forward position. Jae Crowder is a solid role player.

Cody Zeller: Zeller is a little unexciting due to his lack of ceiling. That’s also the nature of looking at the cheaper options in DFS. Cody opened up higher-priced options, so I’m hoping that he just earns back his pricing.

Lineup 2:

Ja Morant: Ja is an awe-inspiringly good basketball player. He’s facing off against a wounded Dallas team that has been rebounding from their disappointing start but still has one of the worst Defenses in the league.

Zach Lavine: Lavine has been playing much better than last year. He’s consistently scoring 30 points or more. The Rocket’s hustle and try hard on the defensive end, but they still often locked in close games where both teams are responding by scoring late in games.

Luguentz Dort: I really don’t know how I feel about Dort, I just see his pricing and I can’t say no.

Dorian Finney-Smith: It’s hard to say how valuable Finney-Smith is with Porzingis in the lineup. Kristaps was listed as a game-time decision late in the afternoon which made Mav’s roleplayers look better at their pricing.

Rui Hachimura: Hachimura is another candidate for notable improved players. Rui started out with an injury, but as he has slowly transitioned back to the lineup he has proved that he has skills for a young player.

Thaddeus Young: Lauri Markkanen still isn’t ready to play and so I want the guy that’s taking his minutes.

Wendell Carter Jr.: I liked to double down on my joke, and triple down on my lineups. It’s very rare to find someone who is priced at $5,000 and averaging 30 points per game.
